4 Gospels

45 day Reading Plan 5

4 gospels - Matthew, Mark, Luke & John

How to know God?... and what is the purpose of our lives!

Bible reading plans walk you through the entire Bible. Reading through the Bible is a rewarding experience, and these plans can help you do that. Ready for the incredible privilege and adventure of reading the Bible? We hope so! It takes only about fifteen minutes a day. Enjoy! As you read, ask the Lord to help you see the redemptive story of the Bible. The New Testament has 260 chapters, so if you read an average of three chapters of it a day, you can easily finish it within three months, even if you miss a few days.  The suggested reading schedule below can be a helpful tool to help you to reach your goal of reading the entire New Testament in 90 days.  If you miss a day or don’t finish the number of chapters that you planned for a particular day, don’t get discouraged.  Just keep going!  It may take you a little longer than 90 days, but it will be better for you to finish a little later than you planned than not to finish at all.  May God bless you as you read His word and apply it to your life!

4 Gospels

This plan focuses on the record of the life of Christ. You'll read through all four gospels in 45 days

Tips on Reading the Bible Daily
Now, there is another way. The Bible Reading Plan for New Christians takes into account the great number of people who do not have a strong background in the word of God. Or if you are like me, might not enjoy reading as much as some do or you are not a strong reader especially doing long sections. This plan gives you a stepping-stone so that you read straight through every word of the 4 Gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke, John) for the first time in 45 days.

After you feel comfortable and have a Bible reading routine image at this level, then you can go on to bigger proportions of the Bible.
If you miss a day, we recommend you do that day next. Quality is better than quantity. It is better to receive from God’s Word and take a few extra days to finish the reading plan. It is not a race.

Start your day by talking to God, reading the Bible and reflecting on your day. You may need to set aside a quiet space, and a few moments, but it’s a small step that will leap your forward in your faith.
